Diapers.com's ideal customer was the busy, urban, educated Mom, but their voice was cutesy and and a bit precious. It just didn't resonate.
 

I brought the voice more in line with Diapers' target audience. The site became a helpful, "hey, we've been there" ally for overwhelmed parents—and didn't shy away from the occasional poop joke.
